Per seat per month with everything included — service-desk, RMM, patching, AV, MFA, basic-application support. Projects are quoted separately on a fixed-price basis.
Standard plan: 4-hr critical, 1-business-day standard. Premium plan: 1-hr critical, 4-hr standard. Both are local Mackay-based, not a national queue.
We won't co-deliver — split accountability creates ticket black-holes. We'll do a free shadow-audit while your current contract runs out, then cut over clean.
All-inclusive on the standard MSP plan. The only billable lines are: new projects, hardware purchases, after-hours emergency callouts (which we capacity-plan to avoid).
