You're billed once per quarter on actual pages printed (mono and colour separately). No minimum-volume traps. Includes toner, parts, servicing and on-site response.
4-hour mean-time-to-respond on the standard contract. Premium pack is 2-hour response 7 am – 5 pm Mon–Fri. Both are local Mackay-based, not a national queue.
Yes. Toner ships automatically when the device hits 20% remaining. Parts and on-site labour are 100% covered. The only thing you pay for separately is paper.
Sometimes. If the devices are <5 years old, certified parts are still available and the meter is healthy, we'll take them on as-is. We do a free assessment first.
Yes. Standard 36 / 48 / 60-month chattel mortgage and operating-lease options. We model the TCO both ways before recommending — you choose.
You can extend, swap to new devices, return them or buy them out at residual. We don't auto-roll. The next contract is a fresh decision, not a trap.
We don't play quote-matching games. What we will do: audit their per-page rate line-by-line and tell you exactly where their cost cap, response time or service inclusions differ.
